Hotel Residence

The highly luxurious villas (some with private swimming pools) of Amigo Bay welcome their guests throughout the whole of the year. Various rental formulas are available: week-end, midweek, week or month. Certain of the villas are also available for purchase.

A complete range of hotel services is on offer to both guests and owners. All residents enjoy unrestricted access to the hotel’s bar, swimming pool and restaurant.

Tropical paradise

The 3.5 hectare site includes a swimming pool, a bar-restaurant, a botanical garden/nursery with over 100 species of trees and plants, the private gardens of the villas and the beach. A team of gardeners permanently takes care of the upkeep of the gardens. Pedestrian access to the virtually deserted beach is direct and just 200 metres away.

The hotel residence is located in an exceptional tourist environment, known for the quality of its bathing water, its level of equipment and its mild climate.

The residences

Three ‘waterside’ villas offer one upper floor and three bedrooms, large living rooms, spacious terraces with ‘infinity’ swimming pools, green planted roofs.

The others, with views over and private access to the sea, offer two bedrooms, terraces, living room and fitted kitchens. All of the residences are constructed in accordance with European energy performance standards and are equipped with air conditioning. Furniture can be manufactured on-site at very attractive prices.

Services

Rental guests and owners automatically benefit – at no extra cost – from 24 hour, 7 day guards, technical home maintenance, permanent garden and swimming pool upkeep.

A number of extra options are also available to occupants: at-home cooking by a chef, delicatessen service, breakfast, house-keeping, laundry, washing up, sewing and car-parking service, organisation of trips and visits, quad-bike rental, car and motorbike rental.

De nombreuses compagnies européennes rallient Dakar, Zinguichor et Cap Skirring en direct. Les formalités de visa peuvent être faites en ligne avant le départ. Aucune vaccination n’est obligatoire.
